Shrimp Mousse
- 1 envelope Knox Gelatin
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 8oz. PHLA cream cheese
- 1 can tomato soup
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup green pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 12 oz. cooked shrimp (notes CAN SUBSTITUTE SALMON)
Dissolve together Gelatin & water. Warm soup & cheese. Add gelatin mixture to soup & cheese- let cool. Add onion, celery, pepper, mayo & shrimp; mix. Put in mold & refrigerate.
