In honor of the dream cruise...

Going back in time with this recipe...

Shrimp Mousse

  • 1 envelope Knox Gelatin
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 8oz. PHLA cream cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup green pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 oz. cooked shrimp (notes CAN SUBSTITUTE SALMON)

Dissolve together Gelatin & water. Warm soup & cheese. Add gelatin mixture to soup & cheese- let cool. Add onion, celery, pepper, mayo & shrimp; mix. Put in mold & refrigerate.
