Ribbon Jello



Ribbon Jello – Grandma notes ‘check with someone’


2 cups milk
1 pkg Knox gelatin (or 2 pkgs??)
2 cups sour cream
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pkg strawberry jello
1 pkg lemon jello  or your choice
1 pkg orange jello
1 pkg lemon jello


Heat milk to boiling point, put in large bowl, add 2 pkg Knox gelatin that has been dissolved in ½ cup warm water.  Add to milk.  Add 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup sugar, vanilla, whip for 5 minutes.  Start with Jello on bottom, each color Jello dissolve with 1 cup hot boiling water and ½ cup cold water.  When first Jello is firm add 1/3 cream mixture.  Alternate with each Jello then cream mixture, End with Jello.
